Apply & Buy is an affinity marketing program with all the benefits flowing to the consumer, your client.

There are two levels of participation: Sponsoring Realtor® and Participating Realtor®.

Sponsoring Realtor®

To qualify as a Sponsoring Realtor® you need to have been a full time Realtor® for over 5 years and have obtained the professional designation of Certified Residential Specialist, (CRS) from the Residential Sales Council OR you must have sold over 35 homes in each of the preceding two years.

Participating Realtor®

To qualify you must be a licensed Realtor® in good standing within your State and your Broker must agree to all current Apply & Buy program guidelines on each transaction.
