A. YES. This is one of the best features of the program. We refer one of our top producing Realtors® in both cities.
Q. What if we have our own realtor who we would like to use?
A. Your own realtor might be eligible to be a sponsoring Realtor®, but they would need to have been a full-time Realtor® for a minimum of five years, have their CRS designation, or sold over 35 homes in each of the preceding two years.
Q. I have started working with a realtor, can I still use the Apply & Buy program?
A. Yes, if your broker is willing to participate. Please have the realtor email us at infodesk@applyandbuy.com.
Q. I am a first-time home buyer. By working with one of your Realtors, will I be charged a commission?
A. No. Our Realtors® will never charge you a fee. For your information,
you're not alone as a first-time home buyer; over 40% of all homes sold last year were to first time
home buyers.
